What is Network Marketing?...Chances are, YOU are apart of ONE!

We are ALL apart of a Network Marketing Organization in one form or another.  If you have ever been a customer of AVON, MaryKay, Tupperware, Kirby Vacuums, you were on the customer end of that particular companies Network.  If you have cable, internet, and or phone service, you are on the customer end of their Network.

Many times, when the service or products you obtain as a customer are reliable and efficient, we unknowingly become Network Marketers as we begin to explain to others(friends, family, coworkers) why WE are customers of a particular product or service provider.

Example: You have DISH Network and a coworker is complaining about her cable service.  You may interject with reasons they might like DISH.  That is Network Marketing!  Now if and when your coworker goes and switches to DISH, some representative will get credit for selling the service and get paid, when YOU actually created the sale.

Thanks to the Internet, you can now get paid when you "Network Market" like this.  Network Marketing is a Business opportunity that is very popular to people looking for additional income with flexible hours.  You can market as many or few products and services as you like, and when you show others how to do the same, generally you get paid for their efforts too.  There is usually a small upfront cost to join a Network, a few hundred dollars for a business kit and the opportunity to sell a product and sell the business kit and opportunity to others.  Be sure that the Network is selling a legitimate product or service, and not just recruiting for you to recruit.  Networks as such are deemed illegal.

Network Marketing is a great way to make a good return on an investment.  It takes little effort to gradually build a Network that in time could possible replace your Day Job.

The Key, Lock, and Door to Network Marketing

The "key" to Network Marketing is HARMONY!  The only way any Business, Corporation, Organization, or Network can survive is through harmonious practices.  Everyone being on the same accord brings unity and there is always strength in numbers.

The "lock" to Network Marketing is finding your personal niche or passion!  A network can be created from ANY niche or passion. Creating a network with a niche other than your passion takes research while a network built from something you are already passionate about just takes time to broadcast it.  So choose wisely.

The "door" to Network Marketing is the hardest part, and is the actual marketing.  Luckily when you apply your key(proven marketing strategies), to the lock(passion or niche), you will be able to open the door!  There are ENDLESS possibilities once the door is open.

After that all you do is show people what you learned, which includes showing them how to teach others.  Before you know it you will have hundreds in your network all of whom are leveraging money.  This creates significant additional income, which is the sole purpose of Network marketing.

Confidence is KEY in Network Marketing (MLM)

YOU BECOME A BUSINESS WHEN YOU JOIN ANY NETWORK MARKETING PROGRAM!
Do NOT let your up-line turn you into just a salesman!

The BIGGEST mistake people make when joining a Network Marketing Program is not understanding that you become a Business once you join.  Yes, you will be marketing someone else's products and or service, but this is still YOUR Business.  Coaching or training is the only time you should be a salesman in a Network Marketing Program.  With this marketing strategy, coaching or training should be no longer than 1-3 months, depending on the time invested daily(Roughly 160 hours).  So if you have been in a Network Marketing Program for longer than 3 months, and have not created a Business for yourself, then you are nothing more than a salesman.

Your up-lines responsibility is to help you build your business, not just encourage you to be a salesman.  Of course either way, your up-line will make money, but after 1-3 months, you really should not have to rely on your up-line for anything.  When YOU become a Business, YOU become THE UP-LINE, to your down-line.  In ANY Network Marketing Program, it is the referrers RESPONSIBILITY to help each person become a business.  Anybody can give a person the tools and materials, directions included, to build a house and then say go build a house, but how much more easier would it be if I said "hey here are the tools and materials, directions included, to build a house, I have already built this same model house, many times over, and I will not build yours for you, but I will be there right along side you as your structure starts to take shape"?

But you have to build confidence!  If you have the mindset that you are a Business or CEO, the confidence will come naturally.  Just think, as long as you have a Business manner(appearance,well spoken) the businesses that you speak with does not know if you have 100 dollars in your pocket, or 10,000 in your pocket, but address them as if you have the 10,000.  Confidence will come with experience.  99% Chance that the first 5 businesses you market to will reject you.  After 5 rejections, you should know exactly how you are going to say what you are going to say and say it with fire and conviction.  Especially if you have a script.  This should all be reviewed during your 1-3 months as a salesman.  When you become your own Business, you should have your own script that you can refer to.

If you are not looking to become your own Business, Network Marketing is really not for you.  If you are looking to be a salesman, there are plenty of sales positions open.  Network Marketing is really designed to help start businesses(franchises) at a cheaper rate than say a fast food franchise.  Does it take work? NO!  Does it take work to be successful?  OF COURSE!  That is why I say you have to believe that you are a business.  Without that mindset, you will not succeed, and then you will think the program is a scam or fake.  It is NEVER really the Network Marketing Program, it is the referrers responsibility for the down line to become businesses, but sometimes there are not enough hours in a day for referrers to help everyone.  This is also a key factor in the 1-3 month time frame calculation.  You have to DEMAND your up-lines help during your training period.  Thanks to technology, training has become a whole lot easier.  Training once done for hundreds of dollars via conferences and seminars, have now transformed to Tele-conferences and Webinars.

Just think, if you do just 1 Webinar, you will have this clip of video for life, that can be used as  a training video time and time again!  The power of technology is changing the playing field for marketers, and many people are making small fortunes from it.  Do you want to be the next to benefit from Network Marketing?  Do you want to be the next to say, "I didn't believe it, but it works, and now I am my own Business, and I do not have to work, for anybody"?

Join a Network that will help give you the confidence that you need to become a Business!  In that 1-3 Month time frame, you will not only join a Network, but you will also be making a new Business Partner, Colleague, and most important, FRIEND.  That is the BEST thing about Network Marketing, you do not have to play cut throat, because when 1 wins we ALL win!
